COL (ret.) Denise Wurzbach

With a career in the US Army, Denise has served in many roles as active and reserve officer, including personnel management in the Personnel Services Battalion (PSB), OCONUS deployments, and leading the Reserve response and planning during global pandemic.

A proven effective manager of people and resources, Denise turns her efforts to supporting our nation in a contractor role as the President of Onward Fed.

Mr. Richard N. Wurzbach

With a degree in Chemistry, Rich began his career in the Nuclear Power industry, developing critical machinery monitoring technologies to achieve reliability and cost-effective asset utilization. In 1999 he founded Maintenance Reliability Group, LLC in Brogue, Pennsylvania to serve Power Generation, Manufacturing Industries and the US Navy NAVSEALOGCEN. This lead to assignments at the National Institutes of Health, leading the development of an award winning Condition-Based Facility Maintenance program for the government employees maintaining these facilities in Maryland, Texas and Montana. In 2006 he founded York Laboratories, LLC and built the first of several Research and Production Labs in Pennsylvania, focused on lubricating oil, grease and other fluids testing, along with failure analysis services. He teaches members of industry at classes held at York College of Pennsylvania.

A technical leader recognized globally for innovation in lubricant testing and machine monitoring, Rich supports the US Military and its prime contractors and is Vice-President of Onward Fed.
